Who we are

Bolan Clinic is a Pakistani skincare, hair care and cosmetics brand. Orders placed on this website are fulfilled from our facility in Lahore and delivered across Pakistan.

Using this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to transmit anything harmful. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Products and product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including ingredients and directions for use. Packaging, batch appearance and shade may vary slightly between production runs.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Information on this website is provided for general guidance and is not medical advice. Nothing on this site should be used to diagnose or treat a medical condition. If you have a skin or scalp condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, consult a qualified doctor before using a new product.

We recommend a patch test before first use of any product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Prices and availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep pricing and stock accurate, but errors can occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you may choose to accept a corrected price, substitute the item, or cancel the order for a full refund of anything already paid.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including where we suspect fraud, where quantities appear intended for resale, or where the delivery address cannot be served.

You agree to provide accurate and current contact and delivery information. If we cannot reach you to confirm an order, we may not be able to dispatch it.

Most orders are dispatched within one business day.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. Where an online payment method is offered, payment is processed by a third-party provider and we do not store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery is handled by our courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by location, weather, public holidays and courier delays. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

If we send you the wrong item, contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost and collect the incorrect one.

Cancellations

Because most orders are dispatched within one business day, cancellation requests must reach us as early as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. See our Cancellation Policy for how to request a cancellation.

Returns and exchanges

If there is a valid issue with an item, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Returned items must be intact and in their original packaging. Full details, including who bears shipping cost in each case, are in our Return and Exchange Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos and the Bolan Clinic name — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or with your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
